The Finance Bureau of USU received grants equipment from Erasmus+ through ADVANSE

 

In promoting the modernization of financial management practices and income diversification strategies in higher education institution at a regional level, Erasmus+ grants supporting equipment such as server, desktop PCs, laptops, scanners and printers to USU. The equipment provided is based on the needs identified and proposed by the Finance Bureau through the ADVANSE team of USU , who then delivered the proposal to the Coordinator of ADVANSE.

Vice rector for cooperation – Mr. Mahyuddin Nasution, Ph.D  symbolically handed over grants equipment to the head of the Finance Bureau

Mr. Ridwan, SH, CN, witnessed by Dr. Esther Nababan, M.Sc of Advanse team and Mr. Djoko, the staff of the Finance Bureau 

 

The equipment was delivered by Vice Rector for Research, Community Service and Cooperation, Mr. Mahyuddin Nasution, Ph.D, to the Head of financial Bureau - Mr. Ridwan Saleh, SH, CN. This equipment had all been registered as part of USU's assets. The existence of this equipment is expected to speed up the rising performance of financial management system of the university.

On behalf of Universitas Sumatera Utara, the Vice Rector for cooperation conveys gratitude to the Erasmus+ and to the ADVANSE project coordinator Mr. Dimitrios Doukas of the FH Joanneum University of Applied Science in Graz Austria. It is strongly expected that USU may continue to strengthen the partnership and cooperation with ADVANSE HEI partners, and we look forward to successful and high level cooperation in the next years too.
