To do research at the Universitas Sumatra Utara, all researchers must have 3 documents:
1. Letter of Research Permit

3. Limited Stay Permit (VITAS)
Please go to the International Affairs Office USU immediately once you arrive in Medan to apply for your Limited Stay Permit. You are required to report to the Class 1 Immigration Office of Polonia at Medan in 30 days. We will guide you to the Immigration Office for further steps of the Stay Permit process.
