Greetings from University of Sumatera Utara to all of you, our prospective students!

Below you will find the list of documents required by international students to apply for the Study Permit Letter from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia.

Please note that any of the extended application should be applied at least 4 months before the KITAS expired.

PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY AND DO THIS INSTRUCTION BELOW:

-        Please complete your documents based on the type of SIB that you need (New or Extend)

-        For the downloaded documents (1 ,2, 3), fill it completely with the right information and print

-        For documents 4, 6, 10, 11 should be an original file

-        For documents 5, 7, 8, 9, 12 make a copy of each file

-        Scan and keep all the documents in to a CD (compact disc), in JPG/ PDF with max capacity 250kb (excluded photograph, it should only be in JPG). Note: For any documents (e.g : transcript) which have more than 1 page, should be scanned in one file with pdf format.

-        Put all of the documents in to a file folder

-        Bring all the foldered documents and the CD to International Affairs Office of USU which addressed: Biro Pusat Administrasi USU Lvl.2

 -     Put your correct email at the CV form, any things occured for your incorrect data will be your own concern
